Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Velvette. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Velvette.
Use of the Service
Velvette provides a style sharing experience with outfit videos, fashion posts, profiles, comments, favorites, reporting, blocking, account settings, and purchase-related Coins features where available. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, Velvette, or the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Velvette. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal right to accept these terms.
User Content
You are responsible for the photos, videos, captions, comments, profile information, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that your content does not violate applicable law, these terms, or another person's rights. You grant Velvette a limited right to host, display, process, and distribute your content as needed to provide and improve the app.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Velvette includes user-generated content features such as posts, comments, profile details, favorites, and reports. You are responsible for the content you submit and the way you interact with other users. We may remove, limit, or restrict content that violates these terms or our safety rules.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Subject to these terms, Velvette grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Velvette has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We prohibit content or conduct involving harassment, hate speech, threats, exploitation, graphic violence, illegal activity, spam, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual material, or infringement of another person's rights.
Community Rules
You may not use Velvette to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, exploitative, violent, or infringing content.
- Threaten, bully, shame, or target another user.
- Impersonate another person, brand, creator, or organization.
- Upload harmful code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Manipulate purchases, Coins balances, reports, favorites, comments, or other app features.
- Evade enforcement actions, create safety risks, or misuse reporting and blocking tools.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take other enforcement steps when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or enforce these terms. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law.
We aim to review reports of prohibited content and take appropriate action within 24 hours after receipt. In serious cases, we may act sooner.
Purchases and Coins
Velvette may offer Coins for certain in-app actions. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable outside the app, and may be subject to additional purchase terms shown at the time of transaction. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store rules and payment provider policies.
Accounts and Termination
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to meet the 18+ requirement, create safety risks, or misuse features such as posting, commenting, favorites, purchases, reporting, or blocking.
Intellectual Property
The app, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Velvette or its licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the service beyond normal permitted use.
Disclaimers and Liability
Velvette is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Velvette after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
